Seller
guarantees to buyer that dachshund has received immunizations and worming
consistent with age of dachshund. (Type and date of worming and immunizations
information attached.)
Buyer
has two business days to have dachshund checked by veterinarian (at buyer’s
expense).
If
life threatening illness or genetic defect is found buyer may either return the
dachshund (with signed statement from your veterinarian) for refund or for
exchange of dachshund for one of equal value (if one is available).
Seller
will not guarantee dachshund accidental injury or illness that occurs after the
Buyer takes possession of the dachshund or during shipping of the dachshund.
